AI Contract Overview
Imperial County is seeking quotations for the supply of lubricants covering the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Vendors are required to submit a detailed pricing schedule that includes costs for bulk lubricant delivery, covering various products such as motor oil, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid. The pricing must clearly distinguish between per gallon and per drum rates, and should also indicate if volume discounts or service bundles are available. In addition to product pricing, vendors must itemize any fees related to motor oil assessment, oil recycling or disposal, product delivery charges, and any other applicable fees such as container deposits or environmental fees. The solicitation is managed by the Purchasing Department of Imperial County, California, with inquiries directed to Richard Webster. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. All submitted quotations should comprehensively disclose all potential costs to ensure transparency and allow for a fair evaluation process. The deadline for submission is June 8, 2026, and the bid aims to establish a reliable annual lubricant supply arrangement that meets the County’s operational and environmental requirements.
