AI Contract Overview
Imperial County is seeking competitive quotations for the annual supply of lubricants to cover the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, under solicitation number RFQ 26-0103. Vendors must submit a detailed pricing schedule that breaks down costs for bulk lubricants, including motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluid, and other applicable products, clearly distinguishing between per-gallon and per-drum pricing. All fees must be fully itemized, such as motor oil assessment charges for performance analysis, oil recycling or disposal fees, delivery charges for scheduled or on-demand shipments, and any additional costs like container deposits, environmental fees, or handling charges. The county requires transparency in pricing and encourages disclosure of volume discounts or service bundles that could reduce overall expenses. The Purchasing Department of Imperial County, located in California, is the issuing agency and reserves the right to reject any or all submissions without obligation, selecting only those quotations deemed most advantageous to the county. Proposals must be submitted by June 8, 2026, at 9:00 PM Pacific Time, and vendors should direct inquiries to Richard Webster, the primary point of contact, via phone or email. The NAICS code 324191 applies to this procurement, which is open to all qualified suppliers under a state and local government procurement framework, with performance expected throughout Imperial County.
