Tarrant County's 360th District Court is seeking qualified service providers to manage the Family Drug Court (FDC), a voluntary program designed to assist clients and their children who have been separated due to substance use-related issues. The FDC focuses on providing services aimed at family reunification following Child Protective Services involvement or court actions. Participation in the program is entirely voluntary, with no mandates for individuals to join. The contract awarded will initially cover a twelve-month period from the date of award or notice to proceed, with the possibility of renewal for up to three additional one-year terms at the county's discretion and with vendor agreement. Pricing must remain fixed throughout the contract duration. Renewal requires the vendor to submit updated documentation at least thirty days prior to the renewal period, ensuring all compliance items remain valid. Failure to provide timely and complete documents may result in contract termination or reopening of the solicitation process. The solicitation is managed by Tarrant County in Texas, with James Bocks serving as the primary contact. Responses are due by June 15, 2026.
