The County of Calaveras, Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Social Services Division ("County"), hereby issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified organizations to provide mental health therapy, family counseling, supervised visitation, and related supportive services to children, families, and adults involved in the County’s Child Welfare Services (CWS) program. This RFP encompasses multiple service categories that may be awarded to one or more contractors. Proposers may apply for one or more service categories. The County intends to enter into Professional Services Agreements for the three-year period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, subject to funding availability and Board of Supervisors approval, as required. This is not a sealed bid or low-bid process. Award will be made to the Proposer offering the best value to the County. Technical merit is weighted more heavily than cost, though cost will be considered in determining the most advantageous proposal.
