Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The US Consulate General in Hermosillo will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov and on local US Consulate website when it is available.
The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified sellers and distributors to provide APPLIANCES under a fixed-price purchase order.
Delivery:
- For Mexican vendors: Delivery to the US Consulate in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
- For U.S. or other international vendors:
- If possible, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora Mexico and the bid shall be inclusive of all transportation and customs fees.
- If delivery can only be made within the U.S., the delivery point shall be Brownsville, TX. For evaluation purposes, the Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) proposal.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
All offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
