ARCHIVES CONDENSING UNIT REPLACEMENT

The Illinois Secretary of State, through Physical Services, is soliciting bids for HVAC upgrades at the Archives Building located at 100 E Jackson St., Springfield, IL. The scope of work involves the installation of an HX-1 chiller mounted to existing equipment rails and the installation of glycol piping from the chiller to the heat exchanger, utilizing 1/2 inch close cell elastomeric insulation.
