The DHA Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) Office manages and oversees blood operations by providing blood products and services through ASBP Donor Centers located within Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). These donor centers conduct donor recruitment, collection, testing, processing, and distribution activities to sustain the military blood supply chain.
