The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for a cloud- and web-based asset management plan platform and create asset management plans for approximately 412 community public water systems in Wyoming. The proposals will also include the price to create asset management plans for wastewater and stormwater infrastructure, where relevant, for the 412 public water systems. for the State of Wyoming,Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on June 11, 2026. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, May 26, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
