Audio Engineer Instructor Support Services

The Naval School of Music at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Audio Engineer Instructor Support Services under a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year running from 24 September 2026 to 23 September 2027, and four optional years extending through 23 September 2030, with a possible six-month extension through 23 March 2031 under FAR 52.217-8. The contractor must assign a single instructor to deliver one-on-one and group instruction to students in the Basic Music Course and Unit Leader Course, focusing on audio engineering, production concepts, and instrumental proficiency assessments, while also supporting ensembles and completing administrative tasks in accordance with the Naval School of Music Master Training Schedule and NAVEDTRA M-142.4 Phase IV Vol 1 standards.
