Full Description

The United States Marine Corps, Regional Contracting Office Northeast, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source Contract to KE Software, Inc, 655-409 Granville, Street Vancouver, BC. The Marine Corps University has a requirement for automated collections database software for accountability, inventorying and cataloging artwork and historical artifacts at the National Museum of the Marine Corps as well as all command museums and historical holdings in the Marine Corps. KE Software, Inc. maintains all manufacturing, patent, and proprietary rights and is the only distributor of these licenses. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.301(2). The contract will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available; however, any firm that believes it can meet the specifications above may give written notification to the contracting officer.
