The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division, Library Staff intends to procure over 500 physical copies of the AWHFY publication The 2026 COMBO: MiniCode / MiniRules in ONE book from AWHFY Publishing, 537 Manorwood Lane South, Louisville, CO 80027 on behalf of The Department of Justice (DOJ) United States Trustee Program. This will be a one-time purchase. The unique copyrighted content in the publication provides critical information in support of the numerous legal-related activities regarding bankruptcy filings and cases throughout the nation that fulfill the USTP’s statutorily mandated mission to promote the integrity and efficiency of the bankruptcy system for the benefit of all stakeholders–debtors, creditors, and the public. The title includes information in support of that mission including the complete Bankruptcy Code, the complete Bankruptcy Rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure adopted by Bankruptcy Rules, the complete Federal Rules of Evidence, cross-references between the Code and Rules, and selected provisions of U.S. Code Title 18 (Crimes and Criminal Procedure), Title 26 (Internal Revenue), and Title 28 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure). Key to this requirement are annotations from the latest appellate and supreme court decisions concerning bankruptcy matters in addition to annotations contributed by leading bankruptcy lawyers.
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement shall be considered. No solicitation shall be issued, therefore, all requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via e-mail within ten (10) calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over ten (10) pages in total shall not be recognized. Verification of receipt of email transmissions shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor. All DOJ contractors are required to be actively registered in Systems Award Management (SAM) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to AWHFY Publishing.
