B-1 Cabin Pressure Tester

The 76 Aircraft Maintenance Group is seeking to procure two diesel-powered Cabin Pressure Testers (CPTs), part number 99421-100, to replace outdated and unreliable units used on B-1 aircraft. These testers are essential for identifying pressure leaks that could compromise aircraft operational readiness, with the goal of improving maintainability, reducing rework averaging 32 hours per job, and enhancing overall reliability. The equipment must be fully compatible with the B-1’s existing pressure system test ports and fittings, and contractors are expected to supply necessary adapters.
