Full Description

The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a time and materials (T&M) acquisition with the National Academy of Public Administration. This non-competitive action is being issued by GovWorks under the authority of the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on the behalf of the U.S. Department of State. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and solicited in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The U.S. Department of State requests award of a non-competitive procurement to National Academy of Public Administration for service to the Government of the United States as contemplated by public Law 98-257. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by April 25, 2003. This date will not be extended. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHALL BE FAXED TO +1 (555) 000-0000 OR E-MAILED TO contact@example.gov TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. Phone calls will neither be accepted nor acknowledged. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
