Add up to 4 steam unit heaters in the high bay of B113. The unit heaters were part of a project in Circa FY20 but did not get installed due to a customer change. NSWC will design and contract the installation of the existing unit heaters in the high bay of B113. We will also address the many failed steam unit heaters throughout B113
