This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide range maintenance and lead/residue remediation with Period of Performance from 01 AUG 2026 to 31 DEC 2026 by conducting refurbishment service or maintenance for Ranges containing a bullet catch, which incorporate the use of ballistic rubber backstop material or rubber blocks at target emplacements enhancing the operational safety of ranges while reducing the probability of ricochets. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
