Scope: The purpose of this bid is to solicit offers from qualified and registered bidders to furnish all electrical repairs, modifications and improvements within the County of Los Angeles and adjacent areas at locations operated by LACOE in the time and manner specified in this bid and at all facilities. All drivers, workers, and supervisors shall be employees of the bidder. The bidder shall provide these services on any day or at any time of the week as specified by LACOE’s authorized representative, currently the Maintenance and Operations Officer.
Notes: Bidders may not communicate with LACOE staff. All inquiries regarding this solicitation should be directed to the person named in the Contact Information section. Bidders are solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic bid. LACOE will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number from the bid management system indicating that the bid was successfully submitted. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the proper utilization of the bid management system and ensuring the capability of the computer system to upload the required documents and for the ability of the internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder's sole risk and no relief will be give for the late nd/or improperly submitted bid.
