NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS BID #2526-24  The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any person, company, or corporation interested in providing the following:  Printing of the 2027 Official Gulf County Visitor Guide   Proposals due Friday, August 14, 2026, no later than 4:30 PM ET, and will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe, Florida Monday, August 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.   Proposals must be delivered to the Gulf County Clerk of Court’s Office at 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, FL  32456.  Please include 3 COPIES of your bid.   Please indicate on the envelope YOUR COMPANY NAME, that this is a SEALED BID and include the BID NUMBER.   Bids may be submitted electronically through the County’s online bidding platform at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/SignIn?redirect=/Category/10885/GulfCounty. Electronic bids must be received by the system prior to the bid deadline. The time recorded by the system shall be the official time of receipt. Late submissions will not be accepted.
