Please provide your best price, warranty terms, and lead time. The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) will award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder with available inventory. The award of items identified on this solicitation may be split between Bidders based upon the overall benefit to OCTA. Best warranty terms may influence award results. All freight costs and/or delivery costs are to be included in the Bidder's price. Bidder must state manufacturer's name and complete warranty section including start of warranty checkbox. Brand name and model number, when used, are for the purposes of identifying a standard of requirement. IF NOT STATED, LINE ITEM MAY BE FOUND NON-RESPONSIVE.
