Full Description

Problem Statement: BLDG 1532 -Remove /Cover skylight in SE walkway. Scope of Work: Remove / Cover skylight in SE walkway. This skylight has reoccurring leaks that have been evaluated by PW personnel and 3rd party window/roofing contractors. The overall assessment is that it is a poor design and should be removed. Due to the size of the skylight multiple fall hazards exist when attempting to repair leaks. No repair has ever lasted more than 6 months. S:\GRLK\PWDGL\Public Works\FM&S BRANCH\11.
