Solicitation # 140L1726Q0065
The Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide analytical laboratory services for water samples collected from the Haystack water well. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, Environmental Protection Agency requirements, and State of New Mexico drinking water regulations, specifically testing for public water supply system standards, new water well contaminants, and PFAS. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541380, with the work being performed at the contractor's laboratory. The period of performance is estimated for approximately 90 calendar days, with conflicting dates listed between September 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
