The Department of Defense has issued a pre-solicitation notice for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) orders involving Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to be used in various locations in Indonesia during fiscal year 2026. The contract actions, starting potentially as early as August 2026, are part of established Indonesia Material Handling Equipment BPAs and encompass a range of equipment including hydraulic excavators, vibe rollers, water distributors, D7 dozers, backhoe loaders, scoop loaders, motorized graders, dump trucks, skid steers, excavators on barges, forklifts, cranes, floating 16-ton cranes, boom trucks, and bulk trash removal services. The BPA orders will be competitively awarded in accordance with applicable solicitation rules and BPA terms and conditions. Performance of work is outside the United States and its outlying areas, so no set-aside applies to this contract. The point of contact for those interested in becoming BPA holders are CPT Emily DeYoung and SFC Jason Sauer, with the contracting office located at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. BPAs are subject to annual review and the government may add additional holders if deemed advantageous. Interested parties are encouraged to submit quotations, bids, or proposals as appropriate, following the specified solicitation procedures.
