The purpose of this modification to solicitation is for Notice of Final Proposal Revisions (FPR) with due date of Friday, 20 June 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Common proposal weakness identified for cause of non-material amendment to provide clarification on delivery terms. The existing requirement states expectation of delivery of goods to final destination, but shipping estimate was not included in multiple bids received. Hence, the agency is requesting a FPR as a final opportunity for offerors to revise their proposals.
