This amendment is to include the following FAR provision/clauses
,revised Peformance Work Statement (PWS), and revised information and guided encouragement to submit proposals to specific themes:
1. 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal
Contractors
2. 52.244-6 Subcontracts for Commercial Products and
Commercial Services
3. To ensure a balanced pool of applicants that reflects evenly across all four themes, we are re-opening this BAA. In support of this action, we especially encourage submissions to themes 2-4.
The objective of projects submitted in reference to the BAA is to advance research and development efforts through the goals and tasks outlined in the proposal. This project aims to contribute to the United States Coast Guard Great Lakes Oil Spill Center of Expertise’s (GLCOE) mission by addressing challenges and enhancing capabilities in Great Lakes oil spill preparedness, response, alternative response measures, or fundamental science, as applicable.
The scope of projects submitted in reference to the BAA is to support research and development efforts through the objectives outlined in the proposal, including any subsequent clarifications. The project shall focus on advancing knowledge, technologies, or methodologies related to Great Lakes oil spill preparedness, response, alternative response measures, or fundamental science, as applicable to the themes identified in Broad Agency Announcement.
