Scope: The City of San Diego is seeking a supplier to provide bulk paper, printing materials, and related supplies on an as-needed basis. These materials will support the production of City publications and other printing requirements.
Notes: See Attached "PlanetBids Upload Instructions" in Documents & Attachments tab for instructions on uploading your response to PlanetBids.
Bidders must submit an electronic signed (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign, or scanned) proposal through the PlanetBids portal by the Closing Date. The City may require Bidders to submit original hard copies prior to execution of the contract if the PlanetBids electronic submission does not include an authorized electronic signature page (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that all required information and documentation are provided. Proposers are responsible for satisfying all proposal submission requirements.
IMPORTANT: Do not wait until the last min to submit bids. Due to the high volume of traffic on the internet due to COVID-19 quarantine, the internet has experienced periodic slowdown and connection issues. The agency and PlanetBids are not responsible for connection issues.
