Bure Family Vineyard Track I Replant

The Bure Family Vineyard Track I Replant project involves earthmoving activities and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures to replant approximately 0.8 gross acres (0.7 net acres) of vineyard. The work is located on a 2.06-acre parcel at 2899 N. St. Helena Highway in St. Helena, California, within the Upper St. Helena Reach of the Napa River Watershed. The site is characterized by slopes ranging from 19% to 20% and is situated approximately 0.15 miles south of the intersection with York Lane. Managed by the Napa County Planning, Building, and Environmental Services Department, the project is governed by Agricultural Erosion Control Plan P26-00007-ECPA. It is classified as a categorical exemption under Section 15301 Class 1 and Napa County Local Procedures Appendix B Class 1 for vineyard replants. Key performance requirements mandate that the redevelopment remain within the original development area and result in no net increase in soil loss, runoff, or groundwater use, and no reduction in groundwater recharge. The project was approved by the Napa County PBES Director on July 13, 2026.
