Project Scope of Work (Objective): 1. Trash enclosure is to small causing FSC to have contractors remove trash two times per day and trash still overflows. This is an environmental hazard that causes findings on our external environmental audits. This is a 24 hour facility with several hundred people working that produce a lot of trash daily. Need to replace enclosure with a larger unit that can house a larger dumpster or several small ones. Demolish existing facility and pour a new concrete slab at least that can support an enclosure that is at least 300”x150”. New enclosure must have a steel gate style door and a pitched corrugated steel roof. Please see PIR folder for location and an example of the desired type of construction.
