MPSR# 34517238 DB-IH Requirement: Demolish B/6006, RIB, SWFPAC Background/Justification: P943 MAB1 is an FY27 project and includes demolition of B.6006 RIB, which is the site of the new MAB1. The construction schedule included in the Final Preliminary Design Submittal shows award in Jan 2027 and BOD in Sep 2029 (RBOD is Jan 2029). Jan award is unlikely, which will push the schedule out further. SSP schedule mitigations considered include schedule compression, incentive fee, and early demo of B.6006. B.6006 will be available for demo as early as Jul 2026. The schedule currently shows a ~4 month demolition duration for B.6006. *P943 1391, which includes information regarding the demo of B/6006 is provided in the MSR folder. NOSSA SAR required
