The estimated period of performance will be February 28, 2019 through February 27, 2020 with four twelve months option years. The NAICS code is 541511 with a Small Business Size Standard of $27.5M. The James J. Peters VA Medical Center has during the last few years implemented a Capital Assets and Facilities Management (CAFM) system. The objective of this requirement is to maintain and update the existing CAFM system. This system consists of a set of facilities drawings and a database associated with building systems. The database and drawings are managed and manipulated by an application on VLogic iDrawings platform. Provide Internet-based access for authorized users of iDrawings® . - The contractor shall operate the iDrawings on a server on cloud-based server. The system shall have as a minimum the following iDrawings modules: As-Builts Module; space module, administration model, preferences module, CAI, documents.
