This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall be a certified laboratory to perform Water, Wastewater Sampling and Analysis Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed monthly in arrears, in accordance with the Service Rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, per diem, travel, blank/duplicate samples, reference toxins, administration and any other fees, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, shipping/freight charges, training of key institution personnel, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide the services identified for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP) listed on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.
