This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6071, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iv) This procurement is a service disabled veteran-owned small business set aside. The NAICS code is 443112 and the size standard is $8 million.
