This project will remove and replace concrete walkways, flagstone walkways, landscaping, and site drainage at the NHL Listed Historic Custodians Residence to correct long standing drainage and interior flooding issues. The scope of this project will include replacement of approximately 2,000 square feet of concrete walkway, 800 square feet of flagstone, 7,000 square feet of landscape features, 300 linear feet of drainage pipe and 4 drainage boxes. The existing drainage will be repaired.
