Carbon Offsets

The University at Buffalo, part of the State University of New York system, issued Invitation for Bid 25AXB0198 for the procurement of high-quality carbon offsets generated from the destruction of ozone-depleting substances. The University seeks a responsive bidder to furnish and retire an estimated 43,000 carbon offsets, though this quantity does not constitute a guaranteed minimum purchase.
