The contractor must provide catering services for an estimated forty (40) to fifty-five (55) participants. The required services include the provision of three (3) meals per day, Monday through Friday. The contractor is responsible for providing all food and non-food items as well as all labor necessary for the full performance of the contract requirements. Catering services are required for a period of four (4) weeks from June 1 through June 26, 2026, inclusive. This request for proposals must also include a contractual option to extend the services for an additional four (4) weeks, from July 20 to August 14, 2026.
