The United States Embassy in Harare requires professional services of a contractor to perform Planned Maintenance and Inspection services of the facility’s Low Voltage Diesel Standby Caterpillar Generator systems.


The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on May 26, 2026, at 10.00am (Harare Time) at the US Embassy New Compound. Prospective offerors/quoters should complete and email the attached  Pre-Quotation Conference/Site visit Registration Form to HarareGSOProcurement@state.gov  by May 21, 2026 to arrange entry to the premises.


Proposals are due by 1700hrs (Harare Time) on June 2, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
