NOTICE OF INTENT: INCREASE CEILING ON CONTRACT N65236-08-D-6019 Contract Specialist: Ron Kennedy, Code 2258RK, Telephone +1 (555) 000-0000; Fax +1 (555) 000-0000; Contracting Officer: Paula Somers, Telephone +1 (555) 000-0000; Fax +1 (555) 000-0000. Description: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to increase the ceiling on contract N65236-08-D-6019 with Digital Sandbox, Inc., McLean, VA. The contract scope covers strategic risk analysis methods and risk management technology support for the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and Federal, State and Local Government agencies towards application for strategic resource allocation and day-to-day security operations. The proposed ceiling increase of $4,700,000 will be used to complete ongoing work requirements generated by the Department of Homeland Security under the current contract. FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be invoked in order to meet the continued performance of service requirements. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
