One (1) Time a Week Cleaning at theAlabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery34904 State Highway 225 Spanish Fort, Alabama 36527Period: 10/1/2026-9/30/2027It is the responsibility of the Bidder to verify actual square footage.Call Joe Buschell 251-625-1338 to schedule a site visit, if needed.Scope of duties for waiting area, offices, conference room, break rooms, Honor Guard Room and Maintenance building:1. All trash receptacles to be emptied and trash removed to dumpster. Replace liner and damp wipe receptacle if needed. (Liners to be furnished by ADVA)2. Vacuum all carpeting and carpet mats, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats and beneath furniture.3. clean and polish drinking fountain.4. Thoroughly dust all horizonal surfaces: including desktops, telephones, file cabinets, windowsills, chairs, tables, blinds,and all furnishings in above named areas.5. Honor Guard / Break Rooms: Damp wipe tables, chairs, counters, exterior of appliances, sinks and all bright work. Checkwalls and cabinets for splash/spill marks and remove as necessary.6. Damp mop hard surface floors, taking care to get into corners, along edges, under mats and beneath furniture.7. Clean glass and handles on doors, and glass beside entrance doors, in above named areas.Scope of duties for Restrooms:1. Stock towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. (All supplied by ADVA).2. Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed.3. Clean and polish mirrors, wipe towel cabinet covers, and dispensers.4. Toilets, urinals, toilet seats, all basins and bright work to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out.5. Wet mop and rinse restroom floors with disinfectant.Hand towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and equipment will be supplied by ADVA. Vendor will be responsible for refilling of those items as needed.
