The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) ATLANTIC intends toissue solicitation N652326-11-R-0057 as a sole source contract to Symmetricon,3750 Westwind Blvd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403-1053. The estimated dollar value is$8.5M. This procurement is a follow-on contract to N65236-06-D-6263.Solicitation N65236-11-R-0057 will result in a fixed priced IDIQ contract forthe procurement of Cesium Beam Frequency Tubes (model numbers 5061 A/B STD,5061A/B HP, 5071A STD and 5071A HP) for all Navy, Army and Air ForceCommands. The Cesium Beam Tubes are used for precision timing devices such asfor telecommunication, satellite communication, and navigation systems. Symmetricon is the only known manufacturer of the Cesium Beam Frequency Tubesrequired by the Government. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one year options.
