NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence seeking offers from Offerors to provide provide out-service training (OST) for Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME). The course required to be delivered will be for DP1 (apprentice) Plumbing and Heating Technician (PH Tech) trade. All instructions will be provided by an accredited academic institution. Training will be conducted at a recognized, post-secondary vocational institute. This OST contract will cover one (1) course of the PH Tech DP1 scheduled to start 6 Oct 2026, as outlined in Request for Proposal (RFP) File Number: W2037-27-0421/A Procurement Authority: Maura Archibald Maura.Archibald@forces.gc.ca The requirement is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
