Ships Force has completed extensive troubleshooting and repair IAW MPC & remote tech guidance to include: replacement of cone twice, replaced CPU inside TLI three times, uploaded three different 5-28-0-F profiles from STO, MID, and HAM, adjusted settings in TLI software. SF was able to get TLI to work & concur with manual soundings, moved 5k gal (5 in) to and from tank with positive results. Once underway & consumed fuel, TLI began reading 3-7 ft lower than manual soundings and has increased to 3-10 ft lower than manual soundings. 1. Scope.
