SUBJECT: Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027) 


The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027). 


The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.  


The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on August 26, 2026, at 09:30 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact kwangwh@state,gov by August 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. 


Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed –Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027)” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on September 7, 2026.  


No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.
