The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Financial Regulation, Bureau of Consumer Finance, plans to award a contract to Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC for the procurement of software licenses and ongoing maintenance services related to the Check Cashing Database (CCDB). The contract is valued between $500,000 and $2,000,000 and is intended to support the department’s operations within the state of Florida. The notice of the intended award will be posted starting May 22, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. (ET), with a protest period lasting until May 28, 2024, at 11:30 A.M. (ET).
