The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Financial Regulation, Bureau of Consumer Finance, plans to award a contract to Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC through a single-source procurement process for software licenses, hosting, operations, and maintenance related to the Deferred Presentment Transaction System (DPTS). This decision was made because, following an advertising process, no other vendor could provide the required product, leading to the intent to directly award the contract to Catalis. The contract is valued between $500,000 and $1,500,000 and pertains to software licensing and ongoing support for the DPTS, which is critical for regulatory and compliance functions within the department. The notice of the intended contract award was posted on May 22, 2024, with a response deadline of May 28, 2024. Interested parties are advised that protests must be filed within the specified timeframe, and failure to do so or to post the required security will result in waiving their right to challenge the award under Florida law. Additional details about the procurement can be found through the provided online link. The contract aims to ensure continued operation and maintenance of the DPTS, supporting the department's regulatory oversight in Florida.
