The components of the Project to be funded by the State Water Board include installation of a small treatment plant at the City of Fullertons Main Water Treatment Plant for the treatment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. An additional eight granular activated carbon vessels will be installed to treat the water produced from the existing Wells 5, 6, 7A and 8.
