The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as City of Fullerton Main Plant PFAS Treatment Project. The components of the Project to be funded by the State Water Board include installation of a small treatment plant at the City of Fullertons Main Water Treatment Plant for the treatment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. An additional eight granular activated carbon vessels will be installed to treat the water produced from the existing Wells 5, 6, 7A and 8.
