The City of Spruce Grove (the “City”) invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to provide end to end on-demand local service, including call center (for booking trips), dispatch, transit operators, bus maintenance, and support services (the “Services”) for the successful delivery of local on-demand transit service that is safe, efficient, reliable, and customer-service focused, with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the City for the Services. Services will be delivered utilizing Spruce Grove Transit’s fleet of on-demand buses and two buses supplied by the Proponent. Reference RFP for submission instructions.
