Technical requirements include 99.95% system availability, NIST-aligned cybersecurity standards, and specific integrations with EZfare, GTFS Flex, and EZConnect. Proposals are due by November 20, 2026, and will be evaluated on a 100-point scale consisting of a written technical and pricing proposal and a demonstration phase. Awardees must provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including Workers Compensation and Commercial General Liability, and adhere to strict federal nondiscrimination and labor laws.
