This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Trail Rehabilitation – Erin Ridge and Oakmont, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This work includes but not limited too: Erin Ridge Retaining Wall Replacement • All required actions, plans, and management required to construct the infrastructure stated below and within the RFP document. • Ability to work within a naturalized environment and provide low impact construction. • Removal of existing trail infrastructure. • Placement retaining wall with railing system • Supply and install asphalt trail and structure. • Remove and supply trail and structure within the trail system outside of the retaining wall area. Oakmont Trail and Bridge Rehabilitation • Remove and supply trail and structure within the trail system outside of the bridge area. • Remove and dispose of existing bridge timbers decking and railings • Supply and install new timbers for decking and railings • Realign existing stringers
