Bid #2027-03: The project involves the rehabilitation of the City Yard parking lot. Work includes, but is not limited to, cold milling existing asphalt pavement at 2-inch and 4-inch depths, constructing new asphalt concrete surface courses, adjusting water valves and sewer cleanouts to grade, removing and reinstalling concrete curb stops, installing a 2-inch schedule 80 conduit for future use, and constructing a new 4-foot wide PCC gutter. The project also includes all necessary traffic control, mobilization, and new pavement signing, striping, and markers.
