Full Description

The City of Milpitas is requesting proposals from interested vendors for the provision of Uniform, Mat, and Linen Services. The winning firm will provide for the issuance, cleaning, mending and replacement of City of Milpitas uniforms as well as interior and exterior mats, aprons, bath towels, shop towels and other associated goods and necessary collection receptacles to be serviced weekly by the winning firm. The City shall recommend to the City Council a five-year general services agreement for these services. Winning firm shall also be responsible for all fitting services for staff uniforms as well as the successful transfer of all services and materials from the existing vendor if necessary at the direction of City Staff.
