The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to construct the CJAG Load Line 6 Electrical System.


The requirement includes construction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of underground medium-voltage electrical service terminating at a new pad-mounted transformer at the Load Line 6 area of Camp James A. Garfield Joint Training Center.


The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Attachment 1, including all requirements for utility coordination, route surveying, underground utility location, trenching, conduit installation, concrete encasement, backfill and compaction, cable installation, transformer installation, grounding, testing, energization, restoration, quality control, safety, security, and required deliverables.
