The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole‑source, firm fixed‑price contract to Yankee Microwave, Inc., 290 Naples Road, Harrison, ME 04040, for antenna installation services to be performed at the Wells Fargo Center Building, 400 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814.


This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201 and will be posted exclusively on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for any updates. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 — Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction.


The FBI intends to negotiate and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302‑1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and quotation for consideration.
