Cleaning services must be provided to designated premises at the Canadian Embassy in Brussels. The work includes providing cleaning services for the premises and glass surfaces, as well as supplying sanitary products for the premises on a regular basis, and any additional cleaning required to meet operational needs. Services must be provided in accordance with the specifications set out in this statement of work and must at all times promote a clean, safe, and professional environment without interfering with the daily activities or movements of occupants, clients, or visitors to the building. Services cover the general maintenance of the premises of the Canadian Embassy in Brussels, including: •Regular cleaning services (daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) for interior spaces and interior and exterior glass surfaces. •“As needed” services, such as cleaning after events, moves, or various types of work.
